Reiki First Degree (Reiki I - Shoden)
Reiki First Degree training is the first step on the Reiki initiation journey and involves four separate attunements. These will enable you to heal yourself, family and friends.
Day One: The first day will include information about Reiki and its history, and a discussion about the Reiki Principles. You will learn the Gassho technique; about chakras and their important function in maintaining good health and wellbeing. You will receive two separate attunements.
Day Two: The second day will involve an explanation and demonstration of the Reiki hand positions to give a full Reiki treatment. You will be split up into pairs to practise on each other. You will receive two more attunements.
After your Reiki course you will need to go through a 21 day self-healing process.
The course includes a manual and certificate upon completion.

Reiki Second Degree (Reiki II - Okuden)
Reiki Second Degree training is the second step on your Reiki learning journey. This professional qualification will enable you to start a practice of your own and obtain practitioner insurance.
After a short discussion of the main elements of Reiki II, you will be introduced to the three Usui symbols, their mantras and how they can be used in treatments. There will be a guided meditation followed by your Reiki II attunement. You will learn Reiki techniques and the qualities and skills needed to be a Reiki Practitioner.

Reiki Third Degree Master (Reiki III - Shinpiden)
Reiki Third Degree training allows you to become a Reiki Master Teacher, enabling you to attune others to Reiki and teach Reiki. This course should only be taken when you have been working with Reiki energy for at least 6 months.
On this course you will be attuned to the two Usui Master Symbols which are needed to pass the attunements onto others. You will learn about these symbols and their usage; engage in a number of different meditations; learn how to conduct Reiki shares and Reiki classes. There will be a number of demonstrations, practise sessions and an assessment of your teaching skills. There will be a review of the Hui Yin exercise and other techniques, and a guided meditation to meet Reiki Guides.
