December 2021 I decided out of the blue to have a Reiki session, I googled the nearest one to my home and Luisa was the closest. My heart is healed and I'm literally smiling every day. I've got courage now to do things and go place's alone, now I'm not scared of being alone as I've found peace within myself. I initially started with having Reiki sessions as I was going through the menopause and struggling with it. I have many reasons for not being able to take medication and needed to find something alternative and hoped reiki would help. After a few sessions I started spiritual life coaching which I found to be an amazing help but as I grew more confident in this world, I took up the priestess course and WOW!!!! It blew my mind; my confidence grew my ability to communicate improved I also feel in love with myself and valued myself more than I ever had in the past. I have been so taken with priestess that I plan to deliver it myself and help empower women. Its not an easy course and there is a whole lot of soul searching and understanding my actions and feelings. I left a few relationships during this process as i knew my worth and valued myself more. My expectations of how people would be with me changed and some couldn't cope with that so some of those relationship ended and new ones made. I met amazing like minded people who have become my friends :) that i will treasure for ever. I am now doing high priestess and finish in a few months but i know it wont be an end of this journey. Luisa is an amazing lady who only wants good for others and will always straighten your crown on wonky days and encourages the very best for you.
