MULTIPLE BRAIN INTEGRATION TECHNIQUES

What is mBIT Coaching?

mBIT coaching stands for Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, an approach that combines neuroscience research with ancient wisdom traditions to create a transformative coaching system. The fundamental premise is that humans have three "brains", the head brain, heart brain  and gut brain, each with its own neural network and intelligence

Many people experience internal conflict where their head tells them one thing, their heart feels differently and their gut instinct points another direction entirely. mBIT provides practical techniques to bring these three intelligences into coherence and alignment, allowing for wiser decision-making, goal setting and action planning. which feels more authentic, emphasising alignment and balance rather than a predetermined outcome.

What are the benefits of an mBIT session?

When clients learn to integrate their head, heart and gut brains, they experience a profound shift in how they make decisions and navigate their lives, leading to decisions that feel more whole, authentic, sustainable and fulfilling.

Many clients experience significant relief from internal conflict and the exhausting experience of being at odds with themselves, which brings inner peace and clarity, dissolving the confusion and paralysis that often accompanies major life decisions.

By learning to tune into and trust gut intelligence, clients report making better choices in relationships, business and life direction, becoming more attuned to subtle signals about what is right for them.

This work increases self-confidence and personal empowerment, helping us to become less dependent on external validation and developing trust in our own knowing.

Clients frequently report reduced anxiety and stress after learning mBIT techniques, particularly the balanced breathing methods that regulate the autonomic nervous system and create physiological coherence extending beyond the coaching session.

The work also reveals and resolves limiting beliefs operating beneath conscious awareness, bringing hidden fears and outdated programming into the light and creating new, more supportive beliefs across all three intelligences for lasting transformation.

Many clients describe experiencing greater authenticity and alignment with their true purpose, with goals emerging that are more generative and connected to their deeper values and aspirations.

What happens during an mBIT session?

Initial Exploration - During a typical mBIT coaching session, we will explore where you currently are in relation to a goal or challenge and discover what might be creating internal conflict between your three intelligences.

Identifying the Three Perspectives - You will be guided through an exploration of how each of your three brains perceives the situation. This process often reveals conflicts or misalignments where different parts of you are pulling in different directions.

Balanced Breathing - A central component of the session involves balanced breathing techniques. You will be taught specific breathing patterns designed to calm your nervous system and create a state of coherence between your three intelligences.

Shifting Limiting Beliefs - We then use exercises to identify and shift any limiting beliefs or conflicting values that are preventing alignment. We explore questions about what each brain needs to feel safe, valued or engaged with your goal. The process involves tuning into the wisdom and knowing of each intelligence centre, treating them as valid sources of information rather than dismissing gut feelings or heart-centred emotions in favour of purely logical thinking.

Visualisation and Integration - Visualisation techniques are often incorporated where you are guided to imagine what it would feel like to have all three brains working together harmoniously. You might ‘sense’ into your body and notice where you feel congruence or resistance as you consider different options or pathways forward.

Practical Tools for Daily Life - Throughout the session, you are helped to develop practical techniques you can use independently to check in with your three brains before making decisions.

The cost of an mBIT session is £60.

A typical mBIT coaching session generally lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. The actual number of sessions people engage in varies widely depending on individual needs and goals. Three sessions are recommended to start.

Sessions can be held online or in person.
